The International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) is one of the largest and most important conferences in the field of Artificial Intelligence. The CORE ranking classifies IJCAI publications as A* (in 2019, 850 papers have been accepted from 4752 submitted papers). This year, the IJCAI will be held in Macao, China, from 10-16 August.
We will be present at IJCAI with a publication on visual sensemaking technology for autonomous vehicles:
Out of Sight But Not Out of Mind: An Answer Set Programming Based Online Abduction Framework for Visual Sensemaking in Autonomous Driving
The work is a result of ongoing collaborative research on Cognitive Vision involving researchers from Örebro (Mehul Bhatt), Bremen (Jakob Suchan), and New Delhi (Srikrishna Vardarajan).
